We have been super busy with our kiddos at school and our kiddos at home! It seems every time we turn around it is another busy part of the year! When does time ever slow down???
So, we just finished up with what we think is a super unit to help our kiddos learn about Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. In this unit we included a read aloud, emergent readers, lift the flap books, a notes taking page, a board game, and several writing opportunities for students to connect what they learn to their own lives.
